The ratio between what the player has just absorbed and what they are used to. The ranking sorts by distance from the range.

Acknowledging keeps the trail
A load alert is acknowledged with a note: the context, the decision taken. It stays visible, greyed out, with who handled it and when, and stays quiet while that week’s load stays in range.
GPS · YOUR SPEED BLOCKS
Name your speed blocks from the exported zones.
Your export has numbered zones, usually in distance and time. You decide how to group them: a block is a name you give to a sum of zones. Your blocks then drive columns, charts and individual targets.

Rename a block, its targets follow
Its targets and your saved columns follow the new name.
Remove a block, it stays archived
A removed block is archived. Its targets stay on file in case it returns next season.
Without configuration, the team starts with four familiar blocks (Aerobic, High intensity, High-speed running, Sprint), already mapped to the columns STRIVN recognised in your export.

a comparability filter
A match’s external load is structurally higher than a training session’s. So this filter changes everything computed: the session shown, the values, the suggested target, the ratio and its baseline.

It changes what is listed and what is plotted. The ratio’s baseline stays computed over 28 days, whichever period you pick.
STRIVN counts the player’s real history whichever window is on screen: “7 days” changes the list and leaves the data badge intact. Choosing “Matches” recomputes their target from their matches, to compare a match with matches.
The third one: Measure
Distance or Time: the same blocks, in the other unit. Each block has a target per measure; you can aim for 4,200 m of aerobic work and 15 minutes, independently, and saving one leaves the other intact.
WHAT STRIVN LEAVES EMPTY
A wrong number is worse than an empty cell.

Under two full weeks of history the player appears separately, with the badge, rather than with a misleading ACWR.

A block with a zone missing in the displayed measure stays empty: an incomplete sum is a wrong number, not an approximate one.

The internal / external block shows it while the history is too short. When one side is missing (RPE absent, or GPS data absent), the ratio stays empty.

Read each player against their own 28-day baseline.
An external ÷ internal ratio that drops clearly below its 28-day baseline signals a decoupling: the player is producing less mechanical work for the same perceived effort, a sign of hidden fatigue. The block header turns red. The same ratio compared with another player stays silent.
WORKING IN YOUR OWN UNIT
Declare your own load unit; the scale follows.
By default a 90-minute session at RPE 7 weighs 630 AU and a week lands around 3,000, numbers that are hard to announce in a meeting. Declare your in-house unit, a fixed multiple of the AU, and the scale becomes readable again.

Every screen follows
Load and trends, planning, planned vs actual, season, session run-through, debriefs, reports, and the player portal. Your weekly targets are typed straight in your unit.
Ratios keep their scale
ACWR, monotony and the internal / external ratio are calibrated ratios; only strain follows your unit, because it is a load quantity.
The AI assistant knows your unit: it quotes figures with your symbol and understands “set this week’s target to 29”.
The name becomes mandatory as soon as the equivalence leaves 1: converted values under the symbol “AU” would be wrong.
